This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to make necessary corrections in the mistakes with had crept on record in the H.Namuna in Forest Offence O.R.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the Forest Range Officer, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District in relation to his name as Periyasamy instead of Ravi, father's name as Raman instead of Perumal, address as Vadakarai, Tenkaraikottai Post, Pappirettipatti Taluk, Dharmapuram District, instead of Manjampalayam, Paramathivelur Taluk, Namakkal District in the said H.Namuna and send the corrected copy of the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is the 6th accused in O.R.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the respondent and based on his statement, a case was registered in the name of Ravi, only after his remand and the investigation shows that his name is Periyasamy. It is further submitted that the Forest Ranger has conducted an enquiry and also given an instruction, on 17.11.2016.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to make necessary corrections in the H.Namuna in Forest Offence O.R.No.18 of 2016 in relation to the name of A6 as Periyasamy instead of Ravi, father's name as Raman instead of Perumal, address as Vadakarai, Tenkaraikottai Post, Pappirettipatti Taluk, Dharmapuram District, instead of Manjampalayam, Paramathivelur Taluk, Namakkal District and send the corrected copy of the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District forthwith.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
