The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 254 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.7,601/- in the above appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the first respondent / caveator.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already paid the deficit Court fee.

5. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
