O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file charge sheet against the accused Nos.1 and 2, in Crime No.33 of 2014, dated 02.11.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 10.07.2016 before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that due to administrative reasons, the case was not taken on file. This explanation is not satisfactory. Hence, the respondent police is directed to comply such defects, if any pointed out, so that the charge sheet will be taken on file and proceed further.
