Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to return back all the signed and later filled stamp papers as per the direction of the 2nd respondent, to the custody of the petitioner.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions submits that the petition enquiry was completed and the complaint was closed long back and further submits that in such circumstances, there is no harassment to the petitioner and it is not necessary for the respondents to enquire further.

5. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded. Based on the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
