This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in the Crime No.29 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is going on and they undertake to file the charge sheet at the earliest.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in respect of Crime No.29 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
