The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 03.03.2025, which was preceded by a representation dated 16.12.2024.

2.The petitioner seeks survey based on Patta No.1473, which stands in the joint names of the petitioner's father and one Vythilingam. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-pattathar Vythilingam has no objection for survey to be conducted and he is in a position to submit a consent letter before survey. 3.In view of the other co-pattathar having no objection for survey to be conducted based on the petitioner's application dated 03.03.2025, the respondents are directed to conduct survey and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024 and application dated 03.03.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the consent affidavit. 2/5

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
