ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the second respondent to take her protest petition on file and give disposal after due enquiry. The petitioner is opposing the execution of registration of document in respect of the petition mentioned property by her brother. It is also stated that civil suit is pending between the parties. In the prayer, Rule 162 Part XXIII of Registration Rules has been mentioned. The learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner could not show from the book to such rule. A Writ of Mandamus can be issued only if the petitioner is able to demonstrate her legal rights or the legal duty on the part of the authorities. Since the petitioner is not able to show any relevant rule, this Court cannot grant relief to the petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
