ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 seeking allotment of monthly installment house constructed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board Rajakoor, Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is very poor, who is finding it difficult to meet her day-to-day necessities. The petitioner has no own house. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation on 22.01.2024 for allotment of monthly installment house constructed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board Rajakoor, Madurai District, to her. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4. In view of the same, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2024 by considering the petitioner as poor among poor, and dispose of the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
