This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Temple Festival of "Arulmigu Sri Pungadi Madan Swamy and Sudalaimadan Swamy Thirukovil", Panpozhi Village, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2025 and will pass appropriate orders for police protection.
