O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.44 of 2015, dated 27.08.2015, pending on his file within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 27.08.2015 and a case was also registered in Crime No.44 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nearly one and a half years has lapsed after the registration of the case and there is no progress in the investigation. Therefore the petitioner has come up before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) contends that the investigation is almost over and charge sheet will be laid immediately after obtaining relevant documents from the Revenue Divisional Officer.

5.Considering the date of registration of the case and nonfiling of charge sheet, this Court issues the following direction:- "The respondent is directed to file final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime No.44 of 2015, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
