This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, dated 01.10.2012 within a stipulated time.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation in the Crime No.10 of 2012, has filed a final report in C.C.No.206 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.
