According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent fairly conceded before this Court that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
