Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Learned 1st Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.441 of 2007 within a stipulated period as to be fixed by this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

ORDER:

This Civil Revision petition coming on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order dated 16.10.2018, of this Court and upon perusal of the letter from The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal District Judge, Madurai, vide his letter D.No.838, dated 23.01.2019, requesting extension of two months to dispose of the case and this Court made the following order: By Note order dated 05.01.2019, the learned I Additional Sub Judge (FAC), Madurai, has requested further time of three months for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.441 of 2007. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 16.10.2018.
