It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the complaint dated 17.10.2016 given by the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that subsequent to the complaint dated 17.102016, the respondent police conducted an enquiry in which the petitioner and the proposed accused have participated and the proposed accused have agreed to re-pay the amount of Rs.1,30,000/- to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner within a period of two months. As per the said
undertaking, he is having time till 17.12.2016 and if the amount is not repaid, the respondent police would register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner.
