Seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintained by the respondents in H.S.No.548/1996, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 29.02.2024 and filed this writ petition. 2.Today(17.04.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the name of the petitioner has already been removed from the History sheet as per the proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (North), Trichy, dated 12.04.2024. A copy of the proceedings has also been produced before this Court. 2/5
