Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.DILIP KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The District and Sessions Court (Mahila), Madurai sought further extension of three months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.10 of 2016.
