COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the disputed period of appointment was only for three years from 2013 to 2016 and now, the petitioner has also retired from the service of the first respondent.

2.In view of the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in both the writ petitions. Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infractuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
