Seeking a direction to the second respondent to survey and fix the boundary of the Sr.No.332/7 and 332/8 in Vellappatti Village, Ottapittaram Taluk at Thoothukudi District, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2015, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the request of the petitioner by his representation dated 10.04.2015, is pending consideration of the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by taking appropriate action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the second respondent is at liberty to hear any other third party, if so required.
