PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Tenkasi.

O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai to the file of Sub Court, Tenkasi. The said H.M.O.P was filed by the respondent, who is the husband of the present petitioner seeking dissolution of marriage.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed this transfer petition.

4. However, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition. 5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai is directed to be withdrawn from the file of the said Court and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tenkasi for disposal as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
