ORDER

Despite getting urgent lunch motion to move the matter today (16.10.2018) at 02.15 pm., there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2.This Court do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition, as the allegations regarding the conduct of election are frivolous and vague. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Registrar of Co-operative Societies by way of filing a petition under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.19570 and 19571 of 2018 are closed.
