considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted person and having several previous cases and proposals have been made to initiate action against 107 Cr.P.C., against the petitioner.

3. If the petitioner receives notice or summon, he may appear before the competent authority and work out remedy through proper defence. So, here the question of harassment does not arise at all.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
