O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are harassed by the respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint is received as against the petitioners so far and a complaint has been received only as against the son of the petitioners 1 and 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would further undertake that even if the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent would issue summons to them and without issuance of summons, they would not be called.
