For petitioner : Mr.D.Dhana Chandra Prakash For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan for R1 & R2 Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to Superior Police Officer in the rank of a Deputy Superintendent of Police to conduct proper enquiry and file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Sivakasi in Cr.M.P.No.6360/2019 dt.13/8/2019. 2.Perusal of records shows that already a petition in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.19312 of 2019 was filed by this petitioner seeking direction to the trial Court to process the complaint filed by him under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., that was allowed by this Court, directing the petitioner to represent the above said complaint before the concerned trial Court.

In pursuance of the above said order that was represented and forwarded to the respondent herein for enquiry. Enquiry was undertaken by the respondent and legal opinion from the Legal Officer was also sought and he has stated that it is purely civil dispute between the parties. Since no further action is required, on the basis of the legal advice, closure report was submitted before the concerned Court and notice was also served to the petitioner, which are all available in the typed set of papers.

3.Since the closure report was filed, the petitioner can workout his remedy before the concerned Court itself. There is no question of direction to any Officer at this stage to make reinvestigation or reenquiry as the case may be. 4.With the above said observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
