ORDER

The petitioner wants a speedy disposal of the suit filed by the respondent. The suit was filed by the respondent on 09.01.2013. It is seen that the suit is of the year 2013. The revision petitioner is the sole defendant. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for speedy disposal. Hence, the Court below is directed to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
