The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the respondent 4 herein to immediately provide the signals through a connected link to the Petitioner Cable TV Net work operations from the petitioner's Office situated at 2/206 Main Road, Vakkampatti, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.04.2021 and within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has already obtained another signal. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be granted again. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 also submitted the same. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
