ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.491 of 2023, dated 04.03.2025, by which, the petitioner may be permitted to deposit 50% (Rs.11,63,000/-) in the name of the respondents to any of the Nationalized Bank at Pudukkottai.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 04.03.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears amount pending to the credit of M.C.No.1 of 2021 before the Family Court, Pudukkottai. The petitioner has moved an application for modification.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to deposit the amount in any Bank in fixed deposit scheme, so that the respondents can withdraw the interest.

4.But, Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the order of the Court, this Court is not inclined to modify the order. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time for reporting compliance.

6.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court, dated 04.03.2025 on or before 15.04.2025. 7.Post the matter on 16.04.2025, for reporting compliance. sd/- 25/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
