2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is being harassed under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit on instructions that the enquiry is pending in CSR.No.232 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police and the alleged threat or harassment by the respondent Police is not true.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to register the FIR if permissible as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Further the

petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent Police for investigation.
