The case of the petitioner is that the document which was given to one Saraladevi/the fifth respondent herein was mortgaged by the respondents 3 to 5 and they refused to return the same to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. However, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the official respondents. 3.Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is of the view that these kind of prayers cannot be granted by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at 2/4

liberty to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum. No costs.
