ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A7, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.03.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,149,302,120(b),109,34 of IPC in crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is a case of retaliation murder. In this case so far 25 witnesses have been examined and prosecution has to examine remaining 12 witnesses only. Further there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition even after dismissal of the earlier petition, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
