ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.1 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that charge sheet has already been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.112 of 2021 and the concerned Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons.
