ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13229 of 2020, dated 15.02.2022. 2.The respondent was directed to issue notice to both parties and conduct detail enquiry. As per direction, the respondent conducted the enquiry and closed the same on 16.10.2022 for the reason that the private respondent has already filed an appeal before this Court in S.A.(MD)No. 255 of 2014 with regard to the same issue. Hence, no contempt has made out. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. 06.04.2023 NCC :
