The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority.

2. Permission is granted. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

4. Registry shall return the certified copies filed along with this civil revision petition to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners to enable him to present the same before the appellate authority. Time taken in filing this civil revision petition shall be excluded.
