Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17667 of 2018.

2.On 10.10.2018, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17667 of 2018, the petitioner was granted bail in Cr.No.37 of 2018, which had been registered by the Inspector of Police, Kovilankulam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, under Sections 147, 148 and 302 of IPC. The application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ now under consideration has been filed by the petitioner, who states that the petitioner would facing life threat, if he appeared before

the respondent police and prays to appear before the Sivagangai Town Police Station. It is further stated that two other accused had been granted bail and are also appearing before the Sivagangai Town Police Station.

3.In view of that representation, the order dated 10.10.2018 is modified to the limited extent that the petitioner shall report before the Sivagangai Town Police Station, daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
