O R D E R

It is seen that the petitioner herein has been granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, vide Order dated 28.01.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.252 of 2016, on the following conditions: "5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing their bonds for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and it is further directed that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police Station daily at 10.00 A.M., until further orders."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the life of the petitioner would be in peril, if he reports before the respondent Police.

3. Under such circumstances, the above condition, imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, is modified to the effect that on release from prison, the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before C-1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered.
