O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to dispose petitioner's appeal, dated 16.12.2019 which was filed against the order, dated 24.10.2019 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai on merits and in accordance with law within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondent will pass appropriate orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits within a period of four weeks. 4.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought by the petitioner to dispose of his appeal and also considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, I am inclined to pass the following order:

(1)The respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 16.12.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
