Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2025, by cancelling patta issued to private parties and to restore the patta in the petitioner's name. The petitioner also claims right under the strength of the decree in O.S.No.83 of 2024, on the file of the Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram, in the petitioner's favour.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to hear the petitioner as well as third parties and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] 2/5

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
