Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 493 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.Rank Not Known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, in Crime No.493 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the crime has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and the same is not yet altered by the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.7851 of 2020 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that now the investigation is pending under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and there is no apprehension of arrest at this stage, question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.
