[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2.Heard Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.T.Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the contesting first respondent has no objection to the condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
