PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 on the file of the second respondent Police or to some other impartial investigating agency. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 on the file of the second respondent Police or to some other impartial investigating agency.

2. After registration of FIR in crime No.23 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) and 120(b) IPC, the second respondent started investigation and now complete the same. At this juncture, if the investigation is transfer to other investigation agency the entire investigation will be affected.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if not already filed. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
