PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the post of messenger and further direct them to bring his post in the time scale of pay as well as the subsequent regularization of the petitioner's post as per G.O.(Ms). No.151, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Department dated 16.10.2008 on the basis of his representation dated 07.08.2014. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the post of messenger and further direct them to bring his post in the time scale of pay as well as the subsequent regularization of the petitioner's post as per G.O.(Ms). No.151, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Department, dated 16.10.2008, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been reinstated into service in the year 2015 and still he is working there as messenger. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infurctuous. No costs.
