Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 3 Respondents to cancel the sale deed bearing No.106/2011 on the file of 1st respondent dated 7.1.2011 executed by the 4th respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Meenakshi Sundaram For Respondents : Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the sale deed bearing No.106/2011 on the file of 1st respondent dated 7.1.2011 executed by the 4th respondent.

2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the official respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.01.2011, as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 and also on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
