O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 7.11.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
