The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 04.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. On reading of the complaint, dated 04.01.2016, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party is a money dispute and hence no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
