This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the petition was closed.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The first respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
