This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.07.2016 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
