To set aside the judgment and Decree dated 09.06.2000 in A.S.No.104 of 1999 on the file of the Additional District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur and against the Judgment and Decree dated21.01.1997 in O.S.No.96 of 1994 on the file of the Court of the District Munsif, Karur.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S.I. Muthiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B. Ramanathan, Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court made the following order: 'This application has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 01.02.2024 passed by this Court in S.A.No.1058 of 2000 and restore the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered as prayed for and the second appeal is restored on file. 2/4
