This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to 4th and 5th respondents to implicate the agents of Neomax Group and its group of companies as accused in Crime No.03/2023, on the file of 5th respondent, by considering the 'List of Names of Agents' and the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the member of the Theni 2/6
District Astronio Investors Welfare Association. He invested money to the Astronio Company, which is a sister concern of Neo Max Properties Private Limited. After receipt of money from the investors and depositors, the Company has not returned the money to the investors, thereby, one Jeyasankareswaran lodged a complaint before the fifth respondent, thereby a case in Crime No.3 of 2023 has been registered and the same is pending investigation. While so, by using the deposited amount, the company's Directors and agents had purchased properties in their names and their relatives' names. The agents of the companies have also utilized the amount without depositing the collected amount to the company. Therefore, the petitioner association sent a representation, dated 07.02.
2025 to implicate the agents of the Neo Max Properties Private Limited and its sister concern as accused in the said case, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they received the list of agents and the investigation is still pending and already included more than 160 persons as accused including the company and it is the agents.
the available records, they will consider the list furnished by the petitioner.
4.In view of the same, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the list submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and on merits. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
