Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.647 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have created fake bills and caused loss to the tune of Rs.15,00,000/- to the defacto complainant's company.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation of the case is pending.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner worked as Commission Agent in the defacto complainant's company and resigned his job and joined in another Pharma Company and enraged by the same, this false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner. He would further submit that entire goods have been transacted by giving credit and there was no cash transaction in the company and that except A1 and A2, all other coaccused were granted anticipatory bail by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Taking note of the serious nature of the offence alleged against this petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
