O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay commutation and pension for two months ie., September & October 2013 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2015.

2. Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
