To call for the records in Judgment dated 26/10/2022 passed in Crl.A.No.14/2019 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai by its judgment dated 08.03.2019 in C.C.No.170/2018 and set aside the same by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition. M/S.A.ARUL JENIFER, Advocate for M/S.KBS LAW OFFICE for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, while admitting the Criminal Revision Case, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the surrender of the petitioner, pursuant to the sentence imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai, in C.A.No.14 of 2019, dated 26.10.2022, whereby confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, in C.C.No.170 of 2018, dated 08.03.2019 pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision Case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
